Job Description
Job Description:Able to identify, develop and capture prospective design, construction, and project management opportunities in commercial and industrial projects, including high-end and multiple-purpose complex, data center, R&D center, office, factory, hospital, hotel and so Ｏn;
Able to build long-lasting, and strong relationship with overseas, local investors and property developer;
Able to understand the requirements of potential clients, make suggestions to prove the actual understanding of project nature, project scope, budget, time line and quality issues, as well as propose the customized solutions to the clients;
Able to carry out the projects in terms of the assessing the tendering, negotiating the contract, assembling the project team, identifying the appropriate resources needed, controlling the budget and schedule, monitoring the progress Ｏn sites and achieving the project deliverables;
Work with the Director to regularly, effectively review and manage the BD strategy, the leads, the approach and process, to win the project through the right staffing, implementation of timeline, and technical capabilities etc.;
Work with other team members to share the market information, cross learning, and support mutually.
Job Requirements
Requirements：Bachelor degree or above in marketing, business administration, or engineering related disciplines;
Over 15-year solid experience and exposure in business development and project delivery for middle to large-scale commercial and industrial projects;
Proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin and English; Proficiency in Cantonese preferred;
Be skillful in verbal and written presentation, reporting writing, making the bidding documents and other marketing materials;
Master the capability in the communication and cooperation, building and leveraging the relationship, business acumen, project management, team leadership, striving for result and enabling the success;
Hold the business ethics;
